What would you give up if the choice was already made for you?

Whispers turn into offers. Small decisions harden into habits. The line blurs, step by step, until turning back feels heavier than moving forward.

When silence finally replaces temptation do you choose differently, or only choose again?

DEAL?

A short narrative game built entirely around uncomfortable decisions.

You’re presented with a series of offers. Each one asks for something different, each one takes something from you. There are no clean answers, only trade-offs that slowly shape the path forward.

As the game unfolds, patterns emerge. Consequences linger. And when the moment finally comes to choose differently, the question isn’t what’s right—but whether it still means anything at all.

Minimalist. Choice-driven. Quietly unsettling.

This game was made during a Game Jam and the version here is more like a preview than a full version. We plan to make it a fuller version in the future!

Important Game note: While the game does not display any gore or other disturbing visuals, the scenarios presented might be shocking to some players as they imply harm or some deceitful or immoral behavior. Play at your own responsibility.

Great atmosphere, the start made me very invested and i loved the soundtrack, but, I have some feedback.

The gameplay itself wasn't very engaging, as i didn't really feel the weight of my choices.  An idea may be to have some text or the like that show how the choices changes you, apart from just the meters at the top.

Though the smallest change that could make the biggest difference in my opinion would be to remove the information of what each choice does. I may have misunderstood the point of the game, but if it is to upphold the deal you made at the beginning, then the game may benefit from some ambiguity in your choices, as this would make upholding it a little harder.

That being said i think art, writing, music, and overall athmosphere of the game is great. I think this can be a very good game with some improvement to gameplay.  I REALLY liked the writing, loved it. Good luck!

( I also had a bug when playing in fullscreen in the browser, where the devil dude apeared outside his box.)

Thank you so much for the great feedback and playing our game! We did want to remove information from choices, we just didn't manage to make it in time during the jam. We have a lot of ideas and features for a 'fuller' release of this game and also a lot of your ideas are aligning with what we actually intend to do! (And more!)

In our free time we will be working on fixing all the found bugs and implementing even more things and include even more writing :D

aaa! i didn't know it was made for a jam, impressive! I think the game has alot of potential, and i'm exited to see it grow.

And the narrating in the intro, did you hire a professional narator, or is it "homemade"? just curious, as i thought it was executed very well.

Yes, just during a jam, it's more of a demo for a full game, I guess we could label it this way.

Narrator is Rick from RichardVoices, professional voice over actor. I think he is mostly on Fiverr. I think working on those lines for him might've took us more time than needed haha

aa ok ok. Well, i wish you good luck forward, and i hope the rest of your day is good :)
